Install TermiFlow

Install on macOS or supported Linux systems with Homebrew. It uses a prebuilt binary, so Rust is not required.

brew install dnvt/termiflow/termiflow

v0.2.0 Linux binaries target glibc 2.39+ on x86_64 and 2.18+ on aarch64. Older or different Linux userspaces can use the Rust source fallback.

Then pipe Mermaid through tw, or use a downloaded binary from the GitHub releases.
